Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Experience Factor account and the data tied to it at any time. Submit the form below and we'll take care of it.

How to request deletion

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page with the email and phone number on your account. We use these to verify the request and locate your account. Once verified, we permanently delete your account within 30 days and email you to confirm.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, photo, and bio
• Your phone number and email address
• Your login credentials
• Your reviews, follows, and saved classes
• Your booking history and any remaining token balance

What we keep, and for how long

We're legally required to keep certain payment and payout transaction records (for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention). We retain these for up to 7 years, in de-identified form where possible, and then delete them. We don't use these records to contact you or re-identify you.
